Most recently as VP of Design at Capital One, Jehan led the transformation of core consumer and associate-facing platforms by introducing data-informed and AI-driven experiences that reduced associate cycle time and achieved 98% customer satisfaction, unlocking millions in savings and revenue. Her scope spanned consumer products, internal platforms/systems, MarTech platforms, experimentation systems, and enterprise design systems – laying the foundation for intelligent, adaptive experiences at scale.
Prior to that, Jehan built and scaled CX strategy at Havas, led platform UX at Medidata, and at R/GA partnered with global brands including Nike, MasterCard, and PwC to design market-differentiating products and services.
