Darrell is a senior financial and operational executive who helps owner-led businesses regain control of cash flow, margins, and decision-making as they scale.

With more than 30 years of leadership experience across insurance, banking, franchise operations, construction, and roofing, Darrell partners with founders who have outgrown reactive financial management and need disciplined execution at the executive level.

Rather than producing more reports, Darrell focuses on building decision-ready financial infrastructure — aligning cash flow, margin visibility, and operating priorities so leadership teams can act with confidence.
