Bobby brings a rare combination of enterprise AI architecture, hands-on engineering leadership, and founder-level operating experience.
At CNA Insurance, he architects end-to-end enterprise RAG and agentic AI platforms using Azure AI Search, Cosmos DB graph, LangGraph/ReAct, Claude, OpenAI, and governance controls for hallucination management, audit logging, citation grounding, prompt-injection filtering, and document-level access control. He leads a 39-person cross-functional team and has driven large-scale modernization efforts, including migration of 500+ Informatica PowerCenter workflows to cloud-native IDMC, Azure Data Factory, and Databricks.
Beyond enterprise delivery, Bobby has built and operated multiple companies simultaneously, including CXOS, No BS AI™, GHQ Barber Shop, and GPS Kids. His work spans executive AI operating systems, content and sales engines, education platforms, and custom booking/ticketing systems for physical retail operations.
Earlier in his career, he led data integration, ETL, BI, cloud migration, and architecture initiatives for organizations including PNC Bank, Bank of America, Morgan Stanley, Genuine Parts Company, Community Loans of America, Cox/Manheim, CVS Caremark, and Ajilitee.
Credentials include SAFe 6 Certified System Architect, an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio, and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU Hyderabad.
